At Therm-L-Tec, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. We ship throughout the continental United States using FEDEX  to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Custom or special-order items may take longer. If there is a delay, we’ll notify you promptly via email or phone.

Lead Times

Lead Time varies from 1 to 2 Business Days for in stock items and can take up to 4 weeks for custom or out of stock items.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order. For bulk orders or freight shipping, please contact us directly at techsupport@thermltec.com or (913) 728-2662 for a custom quote.

 

Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times range from 1–14 business days depending on your location and shipping method selected at checkout. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

 

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment every step of the way.

 

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery so we can assist with a replacement or file a claim with the carrier.

DOOR ORDER & SHIPPING POLICY

Getting a Door Quote

To request a customized door quote, please contact our team directly at (913) 728-2662. Our experts will provide a detailed estimate based on your specifications, shipping needs, and location.

Placing an Order

Once you’ve received and approved your door quote, you may place an order by calling our office or submitting your order via email. Your order is not considered final until we receive approval drawings and your chosen form of payment.

Approval Drawings Required

All door orders must be accompanied by signed Approval Drawings at the time of order placement. This ensures your custom door is built to your exact specifications.

Accepted Forms of Payment

  • Cash or Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express)
     

  • Net Terms (with or without deposit) available for approved accounts
     

To apply for credit terms, please contact us for a Credit Application.

Packing & Crating Fees

Packing and/or crating charges will be added to your final invoice based on the size and quantity of your order. All doors are securely packaged to ensure safe transport.

Shipping

All doors are shipped via LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight service. You will be responsible for inspecting your delivery upon arrival and noting any damage or discrepancies before signing the bill of lading. Shipping rates and timelines vary by destination and will be provided with your final invoice.

Limited Warranty

All Therm-L-Tec cold storage doors include a Limited 1-Year Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, improper installation, or freight handling. For full warranty details, please contact our support team.
