No Returns or Exchanges

Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or contains a defective item, please contact the carrier immediately on delivery, reject package, and notify us within 5 business days of delivery at techsupport@thermltec.com or (913) 728-2662. We will work with you to resolve the issue with a replacement or repair, if applicable.
